The whole thing is ridiculous, but the real joke for teachers is that they're being forced to do this specifically so they can get thrown under the bus when something goes wrong.

Complaint systems need real-name verification. If you're going to demand something from a public service, shouldn't you also be exposed in the public sphere? Real anonymity should only apply to things like livelihood, healthcare, and sensitive personal matters—and even then, you'd get a professional's anonymity opinion. But if you want to make ridiculous complaints that don't actually need anonymity, you should be prepared to get treated like garbage yourself.

And they won't take responsibility themselves, just shove it all on actual workers...
