If you actually trusted this manual and asked a catering place to show you the chef's license, you'd get slapped and have salt dumped on you.
Honestly it'd be better if the school just contracted with a mechanic and real estate agent lol
I'm crying, the bureaucracy here in Germany is bad but at least we have a SYSTEM... this looks like pure madness 😭
Items 1, 2, 4, 7 are ridiculous enough, but wtf 5, 6 are literally fire department duties—why the hell are teachers doing this??
Because regular civil servants do it too?
To establish accountability.
Just don't do it.
This is probably from the planning/reconnaissance stage where they attach checklists when submitting the proposal. Most people don't actually follow the manual perfectly—places they've used before just check the boxes and submit. Of course if an accident happens they take the full blame... The whole thing is ridiculous, but the real joke for teachers is that they're being forced to do this specifically so they can get thrown under the bus when something goes wrong.
Items 4-7 are usually for school trips, and it varies by locality, but if you contact the center they often coordinate with the fire department to conduct inspections.
Complaint systems need real-name verification. If you're going to demand something from a public service, shouldn't you also be exposed in the public sphere? Real anonymity should only apply to things like livelihood, healthcare, and sensitive personal matters—and even then, you'd get a professional's anonymity opinion. But if you want to make ridiculous complaints that don't actually need anonymity, you should be prepared to get treated like garbage yourself.
And they won't take responsibility themselves, just shove it all on actual workers...
The manual's literally designed to pin any accidents entirely on teachers lol
Schools are basically just getting dumped on by the education office.
This isn't new to 2026 lol. It's always been like this—the admin department usually handles this stuff. Either way, field trips should just be eliminated.
Seems like they need someone to blame if an accident happens.
Government manuals in this country aren't about teaching people how to work—they're just excuses to pass responsibility downward.
LMAOOO this is exactly why my mum always said the school office staff deserved a raise, they literally have to deal with this chaos every single day 💀
Okay but why is this actually so accurate tho?? The education office is genuinely another dimension, I swear they operate by different rules
