What is DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. copyright law that provides a process for copyright owners to request removal of infringing content from online services.

Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that content on floo infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@floo.gg with the subject line DMCA Takedown Request.

Your notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on floo
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@floo.gg with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice.

Repeat Infringers

floo will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
