Are oysters actually good? I've never eaten raw seafood before so it's still a mystery to me
Never, and I mean NEVER eat raw domestic oysters. Please cook them. Even slightly contaminated ones will hit you with norovirus
I ate exactly one raw oyster in my life and got norovirus the next day γ γ
I mean you can eat them, but personally I prefer them cooked in broth like in seaweed oyster soup
