When you pull the meat off gamja-tang bones, it gets so tender like pulled pork, and it really does hit different—tastes amazing—especially with that spicy stew vibe
Honestly, if I went back and told 15-year-old me that Korean culture would blow up this hard, I'd probably be all dismissive and respond with cold sarcasm like "yeah right, stop messing with me." Crazy how things change...
