But that's how all civil servants are—training trips are basically just paid vacations anyway
There's such a thing as moderation
But you can't just accept it as normal
Then at least don't shirk your duties—taking vacation on election day is too much

Finally someone said it. Election officials work insane hours for basically nothing and everyone blames them when things go wrong 😤
In our country they literally need police protection now. This hits different when you see it happen locally.
This is a nice sentiment but I feel like we're missing the bigger systemic issues by focusing on defending individuals 🤔
