The relevant post is posted on the internet where unspecified persons can view it, and while it's true that it refers to the complainant, the suspect stated that the post was written by citing existing media reports about the complainant who is a public figure, and the content is also the suspect's critical opinion based on this premise. Considering that while the suspect's expression is somewhat extreme and explicit, it's difficult to confirm content that would damage the complainant's personal or social reputation other than the title, and that the original text posted by the suspect consists of news articles, YouTube videos, and internet screenshots about the complainant, and it's difficult to say that the suspect created separate false facts and posted them regardless of the authenticity of the quoted text, etc., there is insufficient evidence to prove the charges against the suspect, so [the case is] dismissed (no charges). 2.
