Since Melon Books isn't just a site that sells adult content but rather a site that sells quite a diverse range of books and works, the reaction was that it's incomprehensible to block the entire site because of a few specific works. The workaround method is similar to that of DLsite, a similar doujin site.

It's not even like they only sell adult content there and that's a fact (honestly blocking them just for that is weird anyway)
Even customs doesn't crack down on this, so why are they blocking it??
