Election Commission Mistakenly Entered Vote Count Data

Yikes, this is pretty serious. If someone wanted to, couldn't they just bribe the election officials beforehand and make fraud totally possible?

Wait, what? Aren't the ballots scanned by machine to get counted?? So humans are manually entering the final numbers afterward?? Then what's the point of the machine if it has zero security and only exists for convenience?

At this point the election commission isn't running rigged elections, the election commission's entire existence IS the fraud

This is either a bomb the election commission threw themselves or they're trying to bury everything and take the fall for all of it

So Songdo District 1 and Songdo District 2 both had the exact same early voting count of 3030 and 1440 as listed by the election commission—that's what they're calling an error? And apparently there were 6 districts total with identical early voting numbers, but they somehow entered the spoiled ballots and third-party candidates' votes differently?
