Wow I looked it up and this is literally hell on earth - the investigation report and judgment say he sent a KakaoTalk asking to sleep over months later, but when first questioned about the accusation he claimed 'I never said that, believe me' and then said 'Maybe we were joking around on KakaoTalk and there's some misunderstanding? It's been 1.5 years anyway, and the female officer who filed the false report sent way more playful messages like this' and submitted that as impeachment evidence.
