Coast Guard
A female Coast Guard officer who filed a stalking complaint against a male colleague has been sent to the prosecution on charges of filing a false report.
Officer A claimed that Officer B engaged in stalking by making private contact like "let's grab a drink" and called her 151 times over approximately 2 years, despite her rejecting him and asking him not to contact her outside of work matters.
However, after investigation, police determined that "it's difficult to see that Officer B made unwanted contact or demanded meetings against her wishes" and decided not to prosecute Officer B for stalking. The police investigation concluded that "Officers A and B appear to have had intimate contact based on mutual willingness."

Officer B already received disciplinary action for sexual harassment, and apparently got fired too.
But when you look at the female officer's message records, they were already on intimate terms.
Looks like the two female officers tried to set up that male officer for some reason and filed a false report..

Is this the person who used to post updates on YouTube while complaining about their situation?
Wait what?? A cop filing a FALSE report?? That's literally the opposite of what they're supposed to do lmaooo
Wait, isn't this the male officer from the police case who started a YouTube channel to claim he was wronged?
Huh?! ㄷㄷWhat's the YouTuber's name? They couldn't make it work together and the guy went his own way, so she got mad and decided to drag him down?
I've seen this before too, at least getting sent to prosecution like this is fortunate... the people who made the disciplinary decision were way too soft lol
I think I saw this on floo, at least it ended up this way
lol no-risk high-return scheme, though if it's police it might be different lolol
Wow, so if her only defense is that she didn't make unwanted contact, but the female officer sent him body profile pics with her butt and boobs zoomed in and asked to go camping together, and the guy asked 'hey noona, can I sleep at your place?' and that counts as sexual harassment to fire him? Is there something I'm missing?? Usually news headlines use the most dramatic angle but this is seriously crazy lol
Looking at Joseph getting screwed over in Genesis, I'm starting to think this is some ancient feminine instinct
It's no accident words like 'temptress' or 'seductress' exist
Wow I looked it up and this is literally hell on earth - the investigation report and judgment say he sent a KakaoTalk asking to sleep over months later, but when first questioned about the accusation he claimed 'I never said that, believe me' and then said 'Maybe we were joking around on KakaoTalk and there's some misunderstanding? It's been 1.5 years anyway, and the female officer who filed the false report sent way more playful messages like this' and submitted that as impeachment evidence. But the investigator saw that content the accusing officer never even reported and was like 'oh this is sexual harassment too!' and added it to the charges—what even is this, another Dongtan incident lol
Even police fall victim to the Dongtan treatment
It did lean pretty hard lol ㅅㅂ
The legendary part is they skip evidence procedures at the hearing and just get fired immediately
Once you start listening to the accused person's side, it's easy to be misunderstood as secondary victimization
It's what Korean men wanted anyway so no problem lol
okay but like... what was she thinking? Getting caught lying about official documents has to be one of the dumbest moves possible
ㅠㅠ
Korean female officers acting like this is seriously out of control—can't even blame people for calling them out bullshit
Basically if she just dances a little she'll get a reduced sentence
The problem is applying law arbitrarily like this—if that fired male officer had connections like a congressman's nephew, they probably would've dug through that female officer's attendance records and club visit history to make her resign. In other words, those in power deliberately keep applying law arbitrarily to suit their needs. It's not just about sex-related issues.
This is why nobody trusts the police anymore, smh. Even the ones who are supposed to be 'different' pull this stuff.
Honestly not even surprised at this point, every country's got corrupt cops apparently 💀
