1. Who can use floo

You must be at least 13 years old to use floo. By using floo, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law.

2. What floo is

floo is a humor content platform that aggregates viral content from online communities around the world — starting with Korean sources — and presents it in English via AI-assisted translation. Users can also submit their own content.

AI translations are provided for convenience and may not be perfectly accurate. floo makes no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or tone of translated content.

3. Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer or sell your account.

floo automatically assigns you a nickname when you sign up. You can change it later in your profile settings.

4. Content you post

When you submit content to floo, you represent that you have the rights to share it. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant floo a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it through the platform.

You are solely responsible for what you post. floo may remove content at any time that violates these terms or our community standards, without notice.

5. Aggregated content

floo crawls and republishes content from public online communities. If you are the original rights holder of content that appears on floo and wish to have it removed, please contact us at support@floo.gg. We will respond promptly to valid removal requests.

6. Things you must not do

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Spam or post repetitive, promotional, or off-topic content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to floo's systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Post sexual content involving minors under any circumstance

7. Termination

You may stop using floo and delete your account at any time. floo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Termination may include removal of your content.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

floo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content, the accuracy of AI translations, or any third-party content linked or aggregated on the platform. Use floo at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, floo's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to floo in the past six months, whichever is greater. floo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of floo shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continuing to use floo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
